Our Residential Care Home is located in a quiet private road in the upper part of Weston with a private park close by.
Eastfield Park can accommodate up to 18 residents and the majority of rooms have en-suite facilities. Our dedicated team provide 24 hour personal care in a friendly, safe, homely environment.
